We will start where you are. There is no prescribed agenda for therapy. Come as you are and we will partner together to develop a plan to optimize your emotional wellbeing in a way which feels genuine and accessible to you.
First session: The first session will be focused on gathering a more extensive social and familial history and gaining mutual understanding for the focus (up to 90 minutes).
Follow-up sessions: Sessions can be scheduled weekly, biweekly, monthly, or as needed. The frequency of the sessions depends on the needs of each specific client (50 minutes).
Telehealth therapy sessions are formatted the same way as in-person (see question above). The difference is that you can participate virtually from anywhere that you have internet access.
Note: you will need to download a Telehealth app prior to your first appointment, which will take a few minutes. This app is a secure way to connect and is HIPPA compliant. Instructions will be given to you prior to your first appointment.
